Tow bar Fabia IV

Towbars from the Škoda Original Accessories range are practical accessories that significantly increase the utility value of the car. It is made of high-quality materials and has passed demanding tests for strength, corrosion resistance as well as stress tests. The towbar complies with homologation E8 55R-01/11992 and all Czech as well as international regulations. The simple automatic mechanism for mounting and dismounting the towing arm does not require the use of tools, making it as easy as possible to comply with the legal obligation to remove the towing arm when no trailer is attached. When travelling abroad with a towbar without a trailer attached, the legal regulations of the country concerned must always be observed.

The retrofitting of the towbar places increased demands on the vehicle’s cooling system. For this reason, depending on the vehicle equipment, it is necessary to replace a part of the cooling system according to the information stored by a service technician at a Škoda Auto service centre.

For vehicles with PR numbers NI1 or NI7 or NI8 or NI9 (UN.ECE), it is necessary to order an electrical installation kit that is not part of the towbar:
- for vehicles with preparation 6VE 055 202D (includes control unit 5H0 907 383D)
- for vehicles without preparation 6VE 055 202D + 6VE 055 204
For vehicles without UN.ECE, it is necessary to order an electrical installation kit which is not a part of the towbar:
- for vehicles with preparation 6VE 055 202B (includes control unit 5H0 907 383C)
- for vehicles without preparation 6VE 055 202B + 6VE 055 204 
For fitting, it is necessary to order further parts from the Škoda Original Parts catalogue:
- for vehicles without the shock absorber control unit as standard (PR-5H0), the cover for mounting the control unit must be ordered separately: 654 971 362 Zobraziť menej
