Rear view camera from the Škoda Genuine Accessories range it makes reversing and manoeuvring much easier. You no longer have to worry about wrongly judging the distance between you and the vehicle behind you, or even that you can't see something below your rear window. 
This is thanks to the special addition to the rear parking sensors, whereby the driver is able to see what's going on behind the vehicle on the infotainment system's screen.
This functional, user-friendly set is exactly the same as the product version fitted as standard.

The rear view camera is placed in the boot release handle and therefore keeps a very low profile. It is fitted with a cleaning system whereby the camera lens is automatically sprayed at the same time as the rear window. 
To integrate the camera, the vehicle must have an infotainment system. 

Please note: This component is compatible with the electronic system in vehicles manufactured in Russia (Kaluga, Nizhny Novgorod).

Použitie
Kamera sa automaticky aktivuje zaradením spätného rýchlostného stupňa, zobrazuje priestor za vozidlom a zároveň vyznačuje jazdné línie v šírke vozidla. Obraz z kamery je zrkadlovo obrátený, ale na monitore Infotainmentu sa zobrazujú pomocné vodiace linky (trajektórie) pre uľahčenie zobrazenia vzdialenosti pri parkovaní. Súčasťou kamery je asistent parkovania, ktorý znázorní potrebnú veľkosť parkovacieho miesta za vozidlom a potom naviguje pre ľahké zajatie do tohto miesta. Systém preruší navádzanie do parkovacej medzery, pokiaľ je volant dlhší čas natočený v rozpore s požadovanou jazdnou dráhou. Parkovací manéver je nutné začať znovu.
