Transverse roof rack Peaq

Transverse roof rack from the Škoda Genuine Accessories range serves as a base for attaching additional transport systems (roof boxes, bicycle carriers and ski carriers) and enables the transport of larger items. Its aerodynamic shape reduces the negative effects of airflow and helps reduce noise while driving.

The carrier is made from a combination of steel, plastic and anodised aluminium, with an emphasis on strength, low weight and long service life. The surface finish contributes to resistance against weather conditions and mechanical wear.

The carrier is mounted on the vehicle's longitudinal roof rails using an eccentric lever, which enables quick and secure attachment without the need for tools. The T-slot allows additional compatible accessories to be easily installed on the carrier. The carrier is lockable, providing protection against unauthorised handling. The load capacity of the basic roof carrier is determined by the maximum permitted roof load (including the carrier), which is specified in the vehicle registration document of each vehicle.
