Considering the need for precision when fitting the spoiler, we recommend having it installed by Škoda Auto authorised service partners. After fitting, the car can only be handed over to the customer when the glue has dried.
Warning
For Škoda Octavia (NX3) only: Due to the higher weight of the spoiler, it is also necessary to order pressure springs with a higher load capacity from the Škoda Original Parts range: For front-wheel drive vehicles, without rear wiper - 5E6827552B (2pcs). For front-wheel drive vehicles, with rear wiper - 5E6827552C (2pcs). For other equipment combinations (as well as powered tailgate opening), the pressure springs do not have to be replaced.
