The cover is intended for more comfortable sitting on the loading edge of the luggage compartment. Foam supports increase the seating comfort. The supports can also be used separately as stops against the movement of small, light objects in the luggage compartment.
They are simply attached to the floor carpet of the luggage compartment using the Velcro. The cover also protects the load edge from damage when handling heavier luggage.
Frequent usage of this cover may result in the damage of paintwork of the rear bumper at the point of contact, therefore it is necessary to stick a transparent protective foil from the Škoda Original Accessories range to the rear bumper.
